Thank you so much for your overwhelming support of our family farm so far this season. We are so grateful that you’ve all chosen to visit us this year. We are continuing to adapt and make changes due to COVID-19 in order to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience for our guests. Therefore, we’ve made the decision to move to LIMITED ticketing for the remainder of the season.

- Why the change now?
This past weekend, we had an incredible turnout. However, moving forward for the remainder of the 2020 season, we decided we need to limit ticket sales to maintain social distancing at the farm. We are seeing a drastic increase in attendance, and we are trying to accommodate everyone, with COVID-19 in mind.
- Do I have to buy tickets for a certain date?
Yes, from now on, tickets will be sold online for a specified date, and tickets MUST be used on that date. We have 6 days left in our season. Each ticket is titled with the date of use: 10/17, 10/18, 10/24, 10/25, and 11/1.
- Are you only selling a certain amount?
Yes, we will only be selling a LIMITED number of tickets for each date in order to reduce crowds and promote social distancing.
- What if I would rather buy tickets at the gate on the day of?
We will only be selling a LIMITED number of tickets at the gate. We accept cash or card. In order to guarantee your entry, we still recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time, online.
- What if I already purchased General Admission earlier this year?
General Admission tickets that were previously purchased and have not yet been redeemed will still be honored at the ticket building. You will be allowed entry.
- What if I already purchased a 2020 Season Pass or Senior Citizen Season Pass?
Any previously purchased pass will still be honored at the ticket building. You will be allowed entry.
- What if I have a Private Campfire or Birthday Corral reservation?
Since you have already made a reservation, you and your guests will still be guaranteed entry. You will still receive our group discount of $11 per ticket. We will assist you the day-of at our ticket building. Just mention that you have a reservation.
- Where do I buy tickets online?
Tickets can be purchased here: https://winterbrookfarms.mazeplay.com/ Make sure you DOUBLE CHECK the date you are purchasing for – tickets are not transferrable for different date.
- What if it rains on the day I purchased tickets for?
Tickets purchased online are subject to our Rain Policy: if we close for rain, we will AUTOMATICALLY refund your un-used tickets for that day. No need to call! We are NOT able to refund tickets once you have ENTERED the farm. Tickets that are not used for any other reason are non-refundable. No exceptions!
